About Curley Immigration Law, PC LLO

Nationwide Practice Devoted Exclusively to U.S. Immigration, Citizenship, and Removal/Deportation Matters

Curley Immigration Law, P.C., L.L.O. handles immigration-related matters for individuals and employers nationwide.

Located in Omaha, Nebraska, Curley Immigration Law was established by Mark J. Curley in 1999 and is focused exclusively on immigration and naturalization matters.

Mr. Curley graduated from Creighton University (B.A., 1990, cum laude; J.D., 1993). Following his graduation, Mr. Curley became an associate attorney of the Brown & Brown, P.C. law firm, where he practiced as a litigator and began representing immigration clients before the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS). He remained with Brown & Brown, P.C. for 5 years until he established Curley Immigration Law. He is licensed to practice in both Nebraska and South Dakota, and can handle immigration matters nationwide. Mr. Curley is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), Nebraska State Bar Association, and the Omaha Bar Association.

In 2008, Pamela S. Bloch joined Curley Immigration Law as an Associate Attorney. She now devotes her practice to handling Immigration Court removal and asylum cases. Ms. Bloch is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the Nebraska State Bar Association.

Since its founding, Curley Immigration Law has concentrated on assisting both employers and employees in successfully applying for the correct visa status to work in the United States. We handle H-1B professional, H-2A agricultural, H-2B seasonal, L-1 intra-company transfer, J exchange visitor and permanent (green card) visa applications.

Curley Immigration Law also has a proud history of successfully obtaining immigration benefits for family members of U.S. citizens. We correctly prepare all of the necessary documentation, and we also accompany our clients to their personal interviews with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.

Beginning in 2003, Curley Immigration Law began assisting clients in Immigration Court due to the overwhelming number of immigrants who are in removal proceedings. Due to the shortage of competent immigration attorneys in the area who handle removal cases, we decided that it was our ethical duty to help where we could. Now that Omaha has its own Immigration Court, which has jurisdiction over Nebraska and Iowa cases, we are better able to assist our clients.

Curley Immigration Law represents clients throughout the United States.

Curley Immigration Law has served a wide variety of clients, ranging from individuals to small and mid-sized companies and universities. We represent both employers and employees, and our clients have come from a wide range of industries including healthcare, education, engineering, IT, insurance, pharmaceutical, banking, travel, construction and municipal utilities.

Hired Attorney Mark Curley

The service provided by Mark was over all excellent. He was very clear explaining the options available for me to comply with my immigration status, guided me step by step and was always diligent to communicate with me in order to overcome any unexpected set back during the process. He was always readily available for questions and realistic in regards as to what my expectations had to be. In addition I would like to extend my comments to Mark's staff in the office

He represented me in obtaining an F1 B visa to get my Master's Degree. That Visa was approved. He also represented me applying for an H1B Visa after completion of my OPT. That visa was very difficult to obtain not because of lack of competency from Mr. Curley but because the options I had for employment where limited considering the requirements from USCIS for an H1B Visa.

Hired Attorney Pamela Bloch

Pamela has been very honest from the beginning when I went to her for a consultation. I hired Pamela and she has been extremely helpful and always answers my calls and questions. She was right on top of the paperwork to file quickly. I really like 'woman' attorneys because they don't dance around the bush and they know how to do their job right without excuses! This is another reason why I hired her and so far she's amazing!

They have represented me and my husband since 2002 and after my husband was in Mexico for 11 years he finally got his pardon to obtain his residency. Mark helped us a lot over the years and now we are a family once again.

Hired Attorney Pamela Bloch

P. Bloch does not even deserve one star. She did not fight for our case, and gave up immediately as my husband was detained by immigration. My husband entered the U.S. with a legal visa and married a US citizen, and if she would've done things right and filed the things she was supposed to file, on time, my husband would've had his residency months ago. Now detained by immigration, he will soon be deported all because of her bad legal advice. She was only looking out for herself. Go elsewhere!!

No service. Very rude. Would not recommend to anyone. A nightmare to work with. It makes me wonder how they're sill in business. Maybe that's why they had to merge, but still pretty bad. Avoid the hassle and headaches. Do not work with this firm.
