Croker Huck Law Firm is a law firm with an office in Omaha, NE. At this office location, there are 19 lawyers practicing banking law, finance, bankruptcy and 16 other areas of law.
I was referred to attorney Matthew Harris there and was told he had litigation experience. He was to defend a real estate claim against me, told me he had won the case in my favor when he in fact lost and then refused to file an appeal after he ran up a false billing. None of the partners were willing to help him resolve the issues and he soon disappeared from the firm. I am stuck with a lien and seeking help from a malpractice attorney. I was unfortunately from out of state and wasn’t aware that what Harris told me was false until it was too late.
