Hired Attorney Timothy Cuddigan

It took 7 long years and 3 rounds of applying for disability. And not once did Mr. Timothy J. Cuddigan ever talk about giving up, even when I was ready to. In my own opinion, Nebraska is a very tough and determined state to deny disability. I have very many issues, health wise, and know several people from my home state to win with just 1 of my issues. He fought long and hard for me, and cannot thank him enough! And quite honestly deserves more than what his fee is when he wins! Thank you Mr. Cuddigan for fighting a long hard fight, I appreciate all of your hard work! God Bless! Catherine xx

Several years ago, I filed a claim with the VA that was denied because I had not included proof that I was currently receiving treatment for the issue. I did not follow through with providing the requested documentation. I decided to revisit the issue about 6 months ago. I decided to use Cuddigan Law after find them online. An assistant contacted me and asked me lots of questions about existing issues that might have been related to my service in the Air Force. Then, I spoke with Sean Cuddigan.

Hired Attorney Lisa Line

Lisa is very good on Elder Law and Guardianship. For the first time having a lawyer,she explained in full details on what you need to know and what you can do in our case. She is a good litigator. She is understanding for your rights and she will fight for you. Lisa also sits down with you to explain how it will work in court with you. After court she lets you know how court went and what she will work on next. I am happy with the job she did for us, and I would recommend her to other people.
