I just got off the phone with Mr. Morgan. He was incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. He listened carefully, answered all my questions clearly, and gave me solid advice without any confusing jargon. It was refreshing to talk to someone who genuinely cared and took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense. I highly recommend reaching out to Mr. Morgan and his firm.

The settlement was not written airtight allowing my ex husband to not follow through with his legal obligation. Several times I asked Rob to rewrite the agreement and he said he was unable to fix it. This loop hole has caused me a lot of hardship.

Wow. Just terrible services. Do NOT waste your time with these greedy suits... Spent almost an HOUR describing my case to get one consultation. And not once was I told there would be a $300 fee to hear about my already ongoing case. It wasn't until hours before our meeting that the receptionist called me to "remind me" to bring in the $300 fee... This is how they get rid of difficult cases! They just throw in some bullcrap scare tactic and hope you cancel. What a joke.

I paid a $15,000 retainer — nearly double what other clients report paying — and ended up spending over $60,000 in just 6 months. Despite paying all that money, I lost my case. The reason? Rob Hill told me directly that he was afraid of the opposing attorney, Jean Cotton, and was worried about how fighting her would affect his other clients in Grays Harbor County. I didn't pay $60,000 for my attorney to be afraid of the other side. I paid for aggressive representation and someone who would fight for me. Instead, I got an attorney who prioritized his business relationships over my case. If you're looking for a family law attorney who will actually fight for you — especially if your case involves Grays Harbor County or Jean Cotton — I would look elsewhere. I wish I had.

We paid this law firm to hurt our reputation, we were not professionally represented and we have contacted the Bar Association. The attorney Hilda Pietri was not prepared for our case, filed nothing with the court on our behalf, and during our hearing the Judge scolded her and said this was common for this Firm and dismissed our case after we were humiliated by lack of professional legal representation. Our attorney Hilda who giggled through the hearing then began crying and quit this law firm Morgan Hill that same day. The owner, Clint Morgan spoke with us the next day in person and said he would take care of us moving forward and as we'd already given him a $7,500 retainer he said there would be no further charge for this case moving forward. Within 2 weeks he went back on his Word. This was a Protection Order case. During this case Hilda struggled to communicate with the Judge, the opposing parties attorney and us.

Cost me 6000$ for nothing done. I was told multiple times my case was going to be priority and nothing got filed in the court system in the time I hired their attorney. I gave them a whole year to get something done, which is my bad, I should have fired her after she didn't do any emergency parenting plan like she said she was going to do. My e-mails and phone calls were ignored 80% of the time, said they would have an emergency parenting plan done multiple times. Nothing came to reality. Lots of lies, broken promises to me. My relationship with my ex-wife after leaving her has been high conflict and I'm sure its a hard one for them to take on, so if you have a complicated case, find someone else, they're just going to take your money and not do anything. I consulted another attorney and I was told they sound lazy. Go somewhere else if your thinking about hiring them.

Painful experience with Jeffrey Carr@ Morgan&Hill. He was classless, incompetent, ineffective and dishonest. Delaying the case several months with ZERO momentum forward of any kind. Morgan&Hill should be embarrassed to have him representing their firm. And Jeffrey Carr should be practicing out of a run down motor home near the homeless encampment.
