Morgan & Bartholomew is a law firm established in 1983 with an office in Olympia, WA. At this office location, there is 1 lawyer practicing annulment, arbitration, child custody and 16 other areas of law.
Rick is lazy, entitled, and unresponsive. Suffers from typical "know it all boomer" syndrome and feels like he can talk down to anyone. Does NOT place the best interest of children at heart, only how he can make a buck meddling in the lives of families. Guy is total garbage and represents everything wrong with the woke boomer generation that needs to hurry up and retire already. Did I mention his clear and obvious political bias? Just let this guy find out you have any ideology he doesn't like and you're suddenly going to lose everything per his recommendation. Guy is a policitized hack. Give it up and go away, Dirty Rick.
Hired as a GAL, did an atrocious Job to the point I thought he was being manipulated. It turns out he had a stroke prior to the GAL investigation and represents himself as capable to preform court duties. Do not hire!
I would not recommend this guy. He does a poor job and takes your money then turns into a jerk who thinks he knows everything and I could not get a word in. He talked to me like a child and talked to my soon to be ex-husband for 2 hours when I was not there and then tried to charge ME for that!!! The guys a sham and he's so bored with his job he thinks he can do it in his sleep. Plus all the talking he did he gave me no good advice if any! I had to look up advise online for myself.
Richard Bartholomew, after taking my money, interrupted me constantly and acted like I was an idiot that knew nothing and he talked to me like I was a child. He also, being my lawyer and not my ex-husband's lawyer, talked to my husband for a couple of hours without me present and after he talked to my ex-husband, my ex-husband decided to change several things on the divorce terms. My ex had no lawyer of his own so my lawyer gave him inside information and I lost a lot to my ex.
