I was extremely happy with my consultation with Matthew Floyd. He was patient, informative, honest and friendly. I wasn't sure what to expect when I called because I wasn't sure if I had a case or anything to stand on that was worth calling about, but I had concerns that I felt warranted asking the advice of a professional. It eased my nerves and mind tremendously to hear his feedback. I also must say that he didn't make me feel silly for calling, which I have run into when seeking legal counsel in the past. Sometimes those of us that don't know just really need the advice of those that do. I highly recommend Mr. Floyd, mostly because of his openness and honesty. He could've tried to take me for more money, as many would have with my naivety on the subject at hand, but he didn't, and if you ask me, that is a rare quality. Not just in lawyers, but in anyone nowadays. I sincerely appreciate his help and consider him a go-to lawyer in the future.

Mr. Floyd was amazing! He followed up with me twice after I left a message to make sure I was taken care of and offered his assistance. When we connected, he was warm and compassionate, a great listener and did an excellent job of providing feedback and options available. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome as he addressed all of my questions and concerns. He was thorough and efficient in the time that we had. If we need additional help, I wouldn’t hesitate to contact him again and would recommend him to anyone. It’s obvious he has a service mentality and customer satisfaction is important to him.
