William Rambaum is quite the erudite when it comes to estate planning! He is a great listener and explains everything clearly and concisely. I was able to update my living will from three years ago from my retired attorney. I also wanted to leave my condominium in a trust for my two nieces. Mr. Rambaum strongly recommended a Lady Bird Deed for my estate. The two lovely ladies on his staff are also to be commended for all of their assiduous work in the signing and notarization of my documents and putting them in a notebook. What a detailed notebook with all of my estate planning information and extra copies as well in a folder! Way cool! What more can I say! My visit to William Rambaum was during the COVID-19 pandemic. I felt comfortable in the office. I didn't have to wait in the waiting room, and Mr. Rambaum wore a mask as did all the office staff. He didn't rush me, but spent time explaining how wills and Lady Bird deeds function in FL. Besides having an original and copy of my will and end-of-life documents, I received a thumb drive copy of my documents. I highly recommend him to anyone no matter the size of your estate.
