In a extremely difficult land dispute case Valerie votto had extensive knowledge on the CT. Shoreline & solved the issue very quickly. Where do I begin? Attorney Votto and her entire staff are beyond professional, caring and goal oriented. My closing yesterday was anything but normal. It all started when CT decided to have a rain and wind storm— I get to the office and within 5 minutes the power goes out. We immediately think of other options to get my closing done! Even with no power, office staff were still working as hard as even not only for me but for all of her clients. We waited a few minutes, made phone calls and decided to move to another location. Even internet issues, a 18 wheeler accident that caused severe traffic delays and driving through wind, rain and swaying trees wouldn’t stop Attorney Votto and her team! She went through my documents in detail, not once did I feel rushed or stressed during this insane closing. Honestly, I can’t thank Attorney Votto and her team for helping me fulfill my dream of owning a home. I will be forever grateful and will recommend her to anyone! Thank you times a million!

Completely unprofessional and unresponsive. Used Valerie's services to fix some land deeds and it took almost two years. Every time I contacted her I would not receive any response. Had to call multiple times, and physically show up at her office just to get a response. Every time I spoke with her it was like it was the first time and zero work would be done. Got billed an enormous amount nickel and diming on time she spent on project, which was no time at all. Had a conference call with Bank and Valerie, that she never showed up for, and come to find out we all were just waiting in her, again. Worst experience using a lawyer.

Stay away! After almost a year I am still correcting things that where messed up by Ms Votto including an incomplete deed. She does not communicate and hides behind her staff. She is not honest with her clients ... Be warned
