Amy, dosent care to get to the facts. She makes assumptions and thats what she goes with. A 17 month old case and she has never gotten to the core of the case. She sees only what she wants to see and nothing more.
if your child ever gets in trouble and gets appointed Amy, please ask for another lawyer immediately she should not be practicing with juveniles. She does not take in the care of what her client needs or listens to her client
She does not care about her clients at all she is quick to judge and she does not know how to speak to people she does not need to be a juvenile lawyer at all. She speaks about her clients as if they was trash. Like kids don’t ever makes mistakes. If they ever appoint this lawyer to your child please ask for another one she will have your child taking plea deals that shouldn’t be taken
1. Allowed witnesses to lie 2. Mitchell misrepresented reports and other evidence 3. Defamation. Libel. 4. Very little knowledge of the law, broke several federal laws as well as Kansas State laws 5. Unprofessional. Used personal opinions not related to case. Exaggerated information to conjure anger and fear. Overstepped her authority and retaliated when she was turned in. 6. Had the emotional capacity of a frozen fish. 7. Never took the time to investigate the case or even speak to the child. Ignored school and shelter reports that contradicted the narrative she was presenting. 8. Completely unorganized. Due to her witnesses lying in court, all her witnesses gave contradicting testimonies. Each witnesses gave testimonies that had several facts wrong, stories changed during questioning while on stand, and none of the witnesses had corroborating testimonies. 9. Vindictive, blinded by her ego, she retaliated when her behavior was brought to light.
