I hired her from recommendations from previous clients. She was paid in full in April 2019. She was hired and took on my divorce and custody of another child. She helped with the custody but I haven’t heard from her since September 2019. Multiple calls to her office weekly have been made and visits to the office. No one can give me answers and I never get to speak with Shannon the secretary always has the same excuses since all she says is she knows nothing and has no access to anything.
We hired her May 2019 paid in full have talked with her 3 times, Case still has not went to court and nothing has been done for us. She does not communicate at all.
