Even after faxing him the information he asked for he missed the court date that was set for my hearing and I was found guilty and was given points on my license and had to pay a fine This after he had told me he had already said that if I faxed him the documents he needed that according to Mr Ramirez the judge would most likely dismiss my ticket. Very unexcusable on Mr Ramirez part and I should have asked for a partial refund of his fee

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database.
