Hired Law Firm

Hired Travis Watkins due to Audit in August 2019 and previous years of owing IRS, we needed a Consolidation or Resolution from previous years. Travis Watkins said they would be able to lower our liability and their Fee was $4000.00, but TW has Never met their Own Terms to us the Client.. March 2021, finally, they’re working on the Resolution and assured of a reasonable offer but We DID NOT want to go higher than our existing payment plan nor did we want the CNC Status. We asked if we can try to get the Fees removed but was told I should be happy since we do not have to pay, so, NO RESOLUTION other than CNC. We had not agreed but received letter from IRS with info in CNC & also there is now a LEIN on our Property. I called TW but was hung up on 5 times. We drove 2 hours to speak with anyone but was told we were Trespassing and they called the Police. Several days later a call from TW for a meeting. Once there, they wanted my POST to be Removed BEFORE They could Help. Post will remain
