Didnt prepare me for court, didn't interview my witnesses, didn't seem to have spent any time preparing himself for hearings, ignored my concerns about being ready for court, and acted very nervous before, during, and after the last hearing. It was hard to get any communication from him, usually taking multiple calls and/or emails and a week of time to get one response. He never talked about our strategy for court, proper court procedure, or really anything besides basic questions at the beginning of the process, which he didn’t seem to remember, as he asked a couple of the same questions minutes before the last hearing. Judging by the questions he dodged, i believe he improperly did the paperwork on my case(legally attested to mailing a notice 2 days before he actually did, and possibly did not send it via the correct mailing method). I would not trust him to represent me again. He caused me a panic attack in court, on the stand, and on record, and almost lost the case.
