The issues you have faced at Taco Bell involve multiple violations of state and federal laws, including: - Bait and switch employment practices - Breach of pre-employment contract - Unauthorized use of Social Security numbers - Sexual harassment and retaliation - Failure to reimburse work-related expenses - Illegal wage deductions - Exploitation of WOTC credits - Data privacy violations Yes of coarse I have all the evidence and will be happy to share! Hired Attorney Richard Walters

I needed an attorney who was easy to work with and who could explain contracts and procedures in layman’s terms. Mr. Walters did both. He was also very personable while giving excellent advice and provide outstanding legal service.

Hired Attorney Rosemary Orsini

Ms. Orsini was a former colleague and later represented my wife in an employment matter. She is, bar none, the most impressive litigator I have seen in action. She is caring and dedicated to her clients and provides exceptional service. She did a wonderful job of keeping us involved only when needed, which mitigated the stress of litigation immensely. As both an attorney and a client, I cannot recommend Rosemary enough for any litigation matter.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database.
