He lost my case, he simply said “My client did it for the vine”. I am extremely disappointed. I am $30,000 in debt.
Jason was not honest with me and did not tell me that the recall knee was actually an illegal FDA product which I found those documents after my case ended. Also he never presented the insurance fraud documents to improve my cases chances showing how my surgeon lied not just to me but to the HealthChoice Insurance Company what product he was implanting in my body just to get the insurance to pay him for the “illegal FDA” product, but Jason has me release surgeon.
