We were referred to Randy on a major traffic citation. He took on the case immediately, made phone calls, inquiries etc. before he even had our retainer. He is handling it to our great satisfaction. Mr. Conner has been very upfront and honest with us in regards to the outcome of the case. He has informed us every step of the way how he feels the judge is leaning and is more than willing to work with us on payment.
Mr Conner was very helpful he was contacted early in the day and told me he would have to call me back. He called and set a time and day to meet. He was very professional and very honest. He took care of my case and kept me informed every day of what was going on. He took the time to explain everything in detail and I was very pleased with the work he done for me. His legal fees are kind of pricey but wouldn't have chose any other person to handle my case. I would definitely refer him to anyone.
Mr Conner told the court I had no damages and left me with contempt of court charges for failing to respond to the court on the settlement on the value of the property taken in the Eminent Domain preceding. Mr. Conner was receiving all communication from the court and failing to inform me. After further attempts to work with Mr. Conner I finally fired him. It took my new attorney one business day to give the court what was needed and to dismiss contempt charges.
This attorney screwed my case!! I have not been able to contact him in almost 3 years, he wont return my calls. I just contacted Workers Comp court and they said my case had been closed due to inactivity. Don't Use this attorney!!!
Randy Conner took our retainer fee, made one phone call and visit to the residence and then never took any additional actions. It has been over a year and we are still trying to get our money back.
