Mary H. (“Molly”) Tolbert joined Fuller Tubb Bickford Warmington & Panach, PLLC in February 2025, enhancing the Firm’s appellate and complex litigation expertise and reuniting with several former colleagues from Crowe & Dunlevy.
Molly’s practice focuses on critical motions and appellate practice. Although this encompasses all areas of civil litigation, Molly has significant prior experience in antitrust, securities, and constitutional matters. She has appeared on behalf of clients before numerous state and federal courts, as well as in administrative and regulatory proceedings. She has had recent successful oral arguments before the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Second and Ninth Circuits, as well as the Southern District of New York and Central District of California.
Molly was selected to Oklahoma Super Lawyers in Antitrust Litigation every year from 2014 to 2023 and has been selected to Best Lawyers in America in Antitrust Litigation and Appellate Practice every year since 2010. She was named 2018 Lawyer of the Year for Appellate Practice in Oklahoma and 2022 Lawyer of the Year for Antitrust Litigation.
Molly currently serves as Co-Chancellor of the Episcopal Diocese of Oklahoma and as President of the Board of Trustees of Oklahoma Contemporary Arts Center in Oklahoma City. She formerly served as a Regent for the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma.
