Linda Kaufmann, a partner of the firm, focuses her practice on legal research, writing and analysis. Linda has over twenty years experience drafting pleadings, critical motions, trial briefs, appellate briefs, and memoranda on procedural and substantive issues arising in the firm’s practice areas of product liability, insurance defense, warranty litigation, bad faith litigation, employment litigation, commercial litigation, and general civil litigation. Linda provides research and writing support for the firm’s attorneys and clients at every stage of a case, from initial evaluation through trial and appeal.
