Kyle Wasson blindsided me in court with a plea agreement that he was trying to get me to sign that day which would require me to serve 2x than what the state calls for under the statute; and this was after he had been telling me daily (up until that point) that the state was willing to work with me in regards to a medical condition that caused the incident to begin with. After I refused to sign the plea agreement, he then requested that the judge allow him to be removed from the case as my attorney citing that he had not been paid, nor was he able to ever get in touch with me; both of which were lies: as I personally brought the retainer to him and was working in his offices as a contracted IT Engineer running cabling and configuring systems at both offices. My GF at the time was also working for midtown attorneys as an assistant/ law clerk and Tim Beets was handling a SSD case that I had been fighting for years; turns out the 3 of them had an arrangement amongst themselves and not me!
