I was the only employee and my experience was very unprofessional. When my employment ended I was not allowed to collect my belongings personally and they were placed outside for me. The employer often raised his voice, changed his instructions, and became upset if things were not remembered exactly as he thought he had said them. Written communication was discouraged which made it difficult to keep track of details. Promised bonuses were not provided and hours were very limited. Overall this was not a respectful or supportive work environment.
