Mr. McCracken is a very professional attorney. He has had much experience. I felt I didn't have to worry during my divorce. We talked about what monetary support I would need, and he helped me to retain my medical benefits upon divorce. I have Multiple Sclerosis and needed his help to maintain my health. I was married for 30 years. Mr. McCracken helped me keep my dignity. Excellent attorney.

Greg is a great litigation attorney. Make sure he is your FIRST attorney and you'll like your results. After reading through our material and supporting docs, he knew right where to start and where the other side's weaknesses were and ours. He tells it like it is and he won't pull punches. I only wish we hired him first.

Greg McCracken did not follow through on basic legal protocol and for this reason - a few years post case - his gross negligence came back on me. The truly sad part is that I followed up with him numerous times in writing inquiring if all the paperwork was done. He had 3 years to make things right but did not. Then I got stuck with a a huge mess on my hands that it took lots of $ time and other attorneys to fix all because of his gross negligence. It all could have been avoided.

Do not trust this guy at all. I thought I could after he helped me with a custody case. My parents had passed away and I inquired with him about an estate lawyer I was going through. I asked him if he minded giving me his professional opinion about this estate lawyer and if he thought she was going the right route with my parents estate. He replied he would check into it for me and eventually told me he thought everything was okay. When I requested all records from this estate lawyer layer down the road, I learned through the files she provided me that Greg forwarded all of my questions and requests to this estate lawyer without my knowledge or permission. I literally found my confidential emails to Greg in her files stating that I didn't trust her and wanted a second opinion, just right above his own disclaimer stating all emails were private and not to be shared in this manner. When i asked him about this he's ghosted me and refuses to answer calls or emails.

If you want an attorney to hold your hand for $500/hour, then he's perfect. He did no leg work, no investigating, i did all the work just so he could stand there like a deer in the headlights while my ex wifes attorney chopped him to shreds. When he showed up for court, it was like he didnt remember anything about my case. AT ALL! He studied MY notes for 5 min and that was it. It was the most inadequate job by a professional I have ever seen. This guy would choke in a 3rd grade spelling bee.
