Freedman communicates well. He was hired by me due to my previous atty on a case and he was performing badly after 3.25 years. Freedman, within 90 days, wrapped up the case at a much lower price/cost than I anticipated. He can be a little abrasive at times when communcating, but he WANTS to achieve the client's aims/needs. He won't do anything at all unless he is paid for it, however. He is not cheap but he is very, very effective. He wants to prevail and win and that is what is important
