Hired Attorney David W. Van Meter

I reached out to this attorney for help with a medical malpractice case involving significant pain and suffering. Unfortunately, I never even spoke to him directly. Instead, a clerk called me, asked a few very basic questions, and that was the extent of their “evaluation.” I was told shortly afterward that my case wasn’t worth pursuing — without a single in-depth conversation or opportunity to explain the full scope of what I went through. I expected a level of professionalism and personal attention when seeking legal help for something so serious, but I felt dismissed and undervalued. If you’re looking for an attorney who will actually take the time to listen to you before making a judgment, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
