My nephew’s wife and baby were struck head on by an uninsured motorist who was texting. It was a terrible accident that was so unfair. They had insurmountable bills and their own insurance had minimal limits. Ryan Cunningham was tenacious in working with their creditors to reduce and discharge the bills. We were impressed by the time, energy, and effort he spent on this case- which is very different from many attorneys who allot their time and effort based upon potential returns. Incredible attorneys. This law firm and their staff are amazingly patient and professional. Our family owes them so much and we will be forever grateful for them taking our case.

A drunk driver rear ended me and Marcus Mears worked on my case and did an amazing job at handling the very difficult medical providers as well as other aspects of the case. His paralegal, Emily, also did a great job at keeping me updated on the case which was very important to me. I'm sure that if I would've continued settling for myself I would've gotten 1/2 of what Marcus Mears managed to help me get. Mears makes sure you really get the best deal.

These guys are the best. I can't express it enough! I am so glad I went here first. They put me at ease and took care of all the insurance adjuster hassles (and ***state insurance made sure there were many). They helped me get the car fixed, med bills payed and even some for me! After my accident I had no idea what my next step was going to be. I ended up needing surgery and I wish I would have contacted Cunningham & Mears immediately after my accident. Ryan, Marcus and the staff were excellent and very helpful. I was kept informed and I felt like Marcus genuinely cared about my case and well-being. In the end Marcus did everything he could to make sure I got a fair settlement. He even cut his fees when he didn't have to do so. I would highly recommend this firm.
