Hired Attorney David Ogle

David is great! Also one of the most ethical & responsive attorneys we have dealt with. I would recommend him to any of my family.

Hired Attorney David Ogle

Working with this attorney was one of the worst decisions we have ever made. Due to his gross negligence and failure to prepare us, my husband was sentenced to 14 years in prison for a DUI that violated his probation. My husband has a mental illness and was medicating with drugs (legal drugs). David told us to expect 1-3 years which was devastating to us (we have two young children). He brags about his relationship with our judge so I know that he knew my husband wouldn’t be sentenced to 1-3 years. He knew and didn’t prepare us. He was supposed to help me get power of attorney. As soon as my husband was sentenced, he acted as if I didn’t exist and dropped all obligations to a now single mother of two young children. Unacceptable. I highly recommend against this attorney. After court, we were all devastated and David shrugs his arms and heads home for dinner. Disgusting! I feel he worked against us.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
