An amazing attorney who does exactly what she says she will!
Very disorganized and borders on incompetent. Loses important documents for the case, claiming she never saw it or was in her possession, etc. Will ask you to spend hours re-documenting and re-documenting the same information over and over. Her billing is without question not legitimate. There are many good attorneys in Oklahoma City, we highly recommend you stay away from Anita Sanders and find fair, trustworthy, competent counsel.
Extremely condescending, non-legitimate charges on bill, OVER CHARGES even for her proven mistakes & lack of responsibility to clients once they have retained her. Her Legal secretary is rude and clearly has learned her social skills from her boss. Please do your research on line before hiring her. Easy to find her past just google her name, as I would have NEVER hired her from the get go had I known.
She is the most dishonest attorney I have ever met. She did not do any of her court assigned duties as Guardian Ad Litem. Her speech was always slurred and her pupils constricted. She took gifts from people involved in the case and looked out for their interest instead of the child she was supposed to represent. She has been busted for drug trafficking. I can’t understand why a court would make her a Guardian Ad Litem. She shouldn’t be allowed to practice law.
Anita was unprofessional to work with as far as her work ethics. She was not prepared for court and made court dates convenient for her instead of the client including a couple of cancellations. She stated to the judge that the client was more organized and prepared than she was. Six months after the case is over she still has not completed orders by the judge. Arbitrary bills have followed, including a bill for $75 for a couple of emails. Very disappointed in her as an attorney.
