Philip DeBerard has successfully represented accident victims and their families since 1975. The Accident Law Offices of Philip DeBerard is exclusively limited to representing victims and their families in personal injury, nursing home abuse and wrongful death cases. His background, education and experience have ideally influenced and equipped him to understand the dynamics of an accident and the effect of catastrophic injuries on working people.

As a strong and outspoken advocate in support of child safety efforts, Phil designed and sponsors a variety of his child safety programs called, "You Are One of A Kind" which have earned regional and national public relations awards. The firm's child fingerprinting program has fingerprinted over 100,000 children of all ages. He has worked hard to generate community support for child safety issues and is an advocate for helmet use for children. The law firm is active Board Members of MADD.

COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE!!! This law office filed a false claim with Martin County. In December 2017 I tripped and fell over an improperly installed and maintained transition strip (that yellow bumpy mat installed where the sidewalk meets the road). Mr DeBerard told the County I fell over cracked or broken concrete. NOT TRUE!! The result was not good! Now I look like a liar.
