I was recommended Carrothers and Clough PLLC to close on my home. They took a month to return my call and had not read through any of the information that was sent to them, got dates wrong, then screamed at me over the phone when I asked basic questions. They then sent a letter to us that they would no longer be working with us after making us, the seller, the real estate agent, the loan officer, and the VA wait. I would've been fine if they were too busy or if they did not have the experience necessary for the transaction. Specialized labor exists to keep life as efficient as possible. But that's unfortunately not what happened. Please learn from this and be better to your future clients. Asking for follow up times, setting appointments, and addressing concerns is part of the job just as much as a degree, experience, and passion for justice. My family always tries to support women owned businesses first and we'll continue to do so elsewhere.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
