Mr. Bailey has so much knowledge in this industry, I am so grateful I was referred to him. He was respectful in telling me where I needed to consider compromising and made sure myself and my children were taken care of and protected by the law going forward. I will refer people to him for as long as he remains in practice. He and his office staff were so pleasant to work with, and made a tough situation a little easier! Thank you Mr. Bailey
He is good. He doesn't care if people like him or not. He will say what needs to be said. He knows the laws well.
Mr Bailey is a very pushy man who thinks he can bully people just because he has a law degree. I found him to be a braggart, extremely disrespectful and full of himself. I went to him on a consultation for divorce, after pouring my heart out about how dangerous, deceitful, manipulative and abusive husband my husband was he just looked at me and said what would you like me to do? What kind of statement is that? What I wanted was for him to go after my husband in court to get the best possible divorce settlement. Mr Bailey was a jerk plain and simple
Mr Bailey is rude, has a fowl mouth and is full of himself. He charges way too much and charges over $250 just for a consultation when most attny’s will give FREE consultations I’m not sure he’s even trustworthy. I would NOT recommend him. Save your money & go with someone else
