Bob worked hard on my case, and I was very pleased with the outcome after 3 days in court. He’s the best, and I highly recommend him as a family law attorney.
Bob has been great to work with as I journeyed through my divorce process, especially when dealing with an unrealistic, vindictive future “X”. Bob is great at making legal terms understandable. I valued his advice as I moved through this process, and I have recommended his service to a few friends who required his skills.
Bob completed my Divorce in a timely matter. He was very helpful in communicating all the legal rights that I had. He has also assisted in answering questions after my divorce in regards to the parenting plan and what my rights were when the parenting plan is violated. Bob has been a big help and I have sent referrals to him where he has done an awesome job. Bob and his staff are awesome people to work with.
Mr. Neeley was professional and courteous. I had a good experience.
When we were in court, Mr. Neeley did not even attempt to refute any of the false claims and my ex made. Then, after an agreeable compromise between my ex and I had been reached and signed regarding our son, more than three months passed, and still Mr. Neeley had not added his signature to the document. He could not be reached by my ex's attorney, and when I would call he would not be in the office. Several calls were needed for him to call back. He ULTIMATELY got it done, but it was a waste.
Mr. Neeley may have been an effective attorney many years ago, I wouldn't know, but he is terrible now! He will not fight for you, and has proven to give away your rightful posessions just to get finished with a case. The worse part is, after screwing you over, not communicating, doing the opposite of what you've paid him to do, then he charges an outrageous amount for the terrible job he does, and places illegal liens on your property. If you are already in a case with him,get out while ya can!
Bob Neeley made me feel like just another number! I would have been better off representing myself. It was my 1st divorce & had no idea what to expect or what to do. I was never advised on any of my decisions or advised that once the decree was signed by a judge that it is pretty much set in stone. Everything in my divorce decree is to my disadvantage yet I am the one that sought for divorce! He didn't have my best interest at heart, just my money. I now have to go back to court to try & fix it!
