I used Ted several years ago for a bankruptcy. Ted along with his staff were kind, empathetic and knowledgeable. He handled my bankruptcy with professionalization and expertise.
I would highly recommend this law firm. They have been honest and straightforward where the communication has been clear, quick and concise. The law can be very ambiguous and expansive and they posses the experience and knowledge to navigate the legal realm. I actually have felt like they care about me and my case and doing their best.
A have been a client of Mr Richards for 3 years now. The day it became apparent that I needed legal counsel was Columbus Day, a holiday after calling several law offices, Kevin was the only person that answered. What a blessing that he did! We had a very difficult case with my Ex. Kevin and his staff were top notch! I had to fly out of state to obtain custody of my daughter, it was extremely difficult and time sensitive. Mr. Richards clearly explained the benefits of both Chpt. 7 and 13 bankruptcies and which would best benefit me in my circumstances. His recommendation has proven true, since I had to reapply for a Chpt. 13 due to additional medical expenses.
