Hired Attorney Mr. Raymond Rounds

I was settling a divorce in Utah long distance through Mr. Rounds while in the middle of a major depression. He was not clear with the terms of the divorce, or stating the consequences of certain items of the decree. This has meant near poverty to me and my sons.
I think he might be fine for a local situation, but not one where phone communication is the key to a client attorney relationship.

Hired Law Firm

Mr. Rounds does not do follow up after filing papers. It took him 1 month to even draft a proposal for change in child custody, supposedly sent to the other attorney (we have no proof), and then has not follow up on it in 2 months. He and his paralegal respond to emails that something is being worked on and then charge you $25 for a 2 minute email. He never completed things he promised in the beginning. He is a rip off and doesn't keep on top of his work.
