Hired Attorney Mr. Draper Rodriguez

Toby listened to everything I had to say. He was taking notes and only interrupted me to clarify something. He then explained in detail my options and answered all of my questions completely. He or his assistant Billie Joe has returned my calls in a very timely manner. Yes, if you have trouble with Workers Comp, and you will, I would highly recommend Toby.

Toby has been very helpful explaining the new complicated laws of Workers Comp. I have not had to deal with the insurance adjuster, which had become very difficult.

Hired Attorney Mr. Royce Vaughn Bicklein

Mr. Royce Bicklein is a great attorney but he didn't fight for my review with the workers comp Dr.that gave me a bad rating and then my payments stopped. He didn't Appeal my case when I have multiple issues with my health problems. I feel that I was done wrong on everything with my case,that workers comp Dr.gave me a bad rating when he knew nothing about me so I feel that I was done wrong with everything he should have Appealed my case.
