Through hard and constant work over many years, we have developed a reputation for effective representation in litigation.

The law firm of Shafer, Davis, O'Leary & Stoker, P.C. had its start in 1947. The Firm has a commitment to the legal profession, professional involvement and community leadership. We have a broad range of practice and clientele with emphasis in trial and appellate work in federal and state courts. We represent insurance companies, hospitals, county and city governments, a local college, banks, a local chamber of commerce and businesses of national, regional and local origin.

Our litigation and trial attorneys are active in a variety of civil trial and appellate cases in state and federal courts throughout Texas.

They are stealing from the victims, padding their own pockets! With Robert White and Greta Braker, it makes it easy when Robert’s wife Lori White is office manager! Doesn’t it Eric Rich and Cal Hendricks! The defendant law firm is stealing from the victims! If Cal Hendricks is mediator, which is a conflict of interest!! Cal Hendricks comes in with 3 numbers 1 for Robert White 1 for the 20 % extra to pad their pockets, the 3 # is what you get, they are all crooks stealing from the victims with Robert White! This Law firm is aware of it!!!

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
