She was by far the best family court attorney I have had I went through a custody battle 20 years ago and now had another one and wish she would have been around back then. She was on top of her game and gave me a heads up on everything to expect and at the end of the day made things happen the way I wanted/needed. There was zero guessing or uncertainty of how things would play out at each apperance mediation and gal appointments even helped deal with my exes false accusations and sending cps after me. Could not be more satisfied and will continue to have her in my back pocket as I’m sure with my ex more and more issues will arise.

The reviews below sound like a bunch of bitter baby mommas that didnt get their way Boo hoo. Christiana did a great job at seeing through my baby mommas bullsh*t! fine as hell to I hope you see this!!

Attorney Jimenez was appointed GAL for my children in a divorce case. She did an excellent job. She was responsive and went above and beyond in investigating my concerns. She really had my children's best interest at heart and interviewed them numerous times. I am not sure why the other individuals gave her bad reviews. My guess is that they came out on the other side of a placement recommendation and didn't get what they wanted. I can tell you from my experience, she is nothing but professional and exceptional. I would recommend her to anyone whether they are looking for a GAL or a divorce attorney.

I hired attorney Jimenez for my divorce case. She did a fantastic job. She was professional, prompt, insightful, and always prepared. She responded to my emails and phone calls within 24 hours. She got me through the entire process quickly and got me a fair settlement.

Christiana "Misdemeanor" Jimenez can't seem to be found on Google or it might be because the stock price collapsed when it saw her name. She's all about taking your money while trafficking your kids through the court system. She submitted random documents of other people's cases to mine multiple times. She seems to error on typos when she has a few too many in the afternoon. Is it laww, lwa, lauw, or law? Not only did she put myself and three children through 2-1/2 years of a complete nightmare, but she also doesn't obey the law. State statute 346.57(4)(h). 23 mph over the limit is breaking the law. Stop speeding. Her husband is a multiple time felon from California. Jimenez should have been in criminal law; that might have exposed her for the lying fraud she is. She hates men. The 1950's came and went. Get help for your daddy issues. It's not my fault he disowned you for being a joke. Pathetic crying little girl.

Christy is far from professional. Getting a response from her regarding the case was hard. When she would respond, she made empty promises of doing things and would ignore you when you would confront her about them. She likes to compare her situation and life to yours and the other parents. Those situations are used to then fight her cases, if she can do something, then everyone should be able to. Although it should be kept in mind that not everyone's situation is the same (we cannot all be lawyers lol). She is not empathetic and will lie to get her end result. If she doesn't get what she wants she is rude, I have witnessed this first hand at a trial with Child Support agency and opposing counsel.

If you’ve come to this page, you most likely had to deal with Ms. Jimenez. Your case might be bad, however having her added will turn out to be even worse. If she is recommended by anyone, DO NOT AGREE. Read the reviews below, you will be posting on here not too long after. If you come across her path, do not let her push her wait around with unethical practices and immoral billing. She has no agenda, but to make money off of you while your children are put at risk for health and safety. Talk to your local agency and file a complaint. She should not be allowed to practice Guardian ad Litem work. She is in the best interests for Christy Jiminez. Bad work will eventually catch up to her. Voice your words. Stand your ground. The more, the better. Assuming she’s not on Google because she’d be getting no business at all. Find a different business to destroy lives in Christy. You suck.

In my opinion, Christiana Jimenez has completely failed in her role as a Guardian ad Litem. From what I experienced, her level of engagement was shockingly low, and it seemed clear to me that she had little interest in fully investigating or understanding the critical issues at hand. She appeared to do the bare minimum required, leaving me seriously concerned about her commitment to protecting the children she was assigned to. It was incredibly frustrating to watch someone in such a trusted position demonstrate such a lack of care and professionalism. While I can't speak to her intentions, my personal experience led me to believe that she is not genuinely committed to the responsibilities of her role. I sincerely hope that others don't have to endure the same level of disappointment and neglect that I witnessed in her work. I believe she should be held accountable for her shortcomings and hope that future families are spared from such an inadequate Guardian ad Litem.

If the courts appoint her as a GAL, please beware it won't work in your favor. Shady and unscrupulous, she does NOT have the best interest of the kids at heart. Being a GAL is her cash cow. Her knowledge of the law is absolutely atrocious. She should be disbarred. Absolute joke. Hey Christiana, If your reading this, find a new carreer path because YOU SUCK and you lie. Nothing moral or ethical about YOU!

I'm a former Foster youth I aged our foster care my daughter was not planned but I grew to love her . My child dad abused me and my daughter he's now incarcerated on his own reasons and his mom decided to put a restraining order on me for no reason at all now that I reach out for help because I been taking care of her by myself for 3 years it took me alot to call her dad side I wish I didn't now iam losing my only family iam being accused of abandoning my child and doing drugs I can't believe that they're actually taking my kid away from me I'll do what ever it takes to prove you wrong God doesn't like ugly I'll pray that u get help on life and do u know how it feels like to make someone feel hopeless and a bad mom I love my daughter I want the best for her , you, and anyone but I deserve more then this iàm 22 with no family so I guess they know I don't have any one to help but one thing about me I good at finding resources I'll never give up
