What happened to my previous Review? No rejections, no notifications, no review? Let's try again!!!!!
At one time the DA represented the people, now they represent the State and if you believe that the State must prove their case beyond a reasonable doubt, then you may find yourself heading to prison. The truth of the matter is that to ensure you have the best chance of going home your lawyer must strive to prove your innocence BEYOND ALL DOUBT. Your lawyer must be able to determine the facts necessary to prove your innocence, not just rely on discovery. He must assure the State that he knows the facts of your case and will not allow the State to try your case on anything other than those facts. After speaking with Mr Dove you will realize that this is the person you will want to represent you to the State and the jury, if your case goes to trial. He represented my grandson on an "armed robbery charge". My grandson a received a charge reduction to "robbery by intimidation" and came home on 5 years probation. His co-defendant, represented by the public defender's office received a "Life Sentence".
