Hired Attorney Adam Kitzen

**Efficient and Professional** Working with Adam Kitzen was a fantastic experience. As first time homebuyers, you can imagine we had many questions and Adam answered all of them in the easiest to understand way. He was efficient, kept me informed every step of the way, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We even closed on my house faster than expected! I highly recommend Adam for anyone needing a reliable and professional real estate lawyer.

We also dealt with Attorney Marc Rovner at the firm who was amazing!!!! So patient and well versed. He and Adam are an unbeatable team. Highly recommend.

Hired Law Firm

My husband & I absolutely recommend Adam Kitzen, Esq. He was approachable & immediately responsive to our questions & phone calls - even texts throughout. He was intuitive & a strong advocate when a contentious situation arose hours before closing, yet he stood his ground on our behalf so that the issue resolved before the easy closing. Adam is a strong, articulate advocate who conceptualizes issues to cut to the chase. His fee is very fair, & it was a pleasure to work with him.

Hired Law Firm

Very poor experience with NYC Real Estate Transaction. Adam Kitzen unreasonable, did not honor his past written commitment and threatened to delay closing. As goodwill and to avoid controversy unnecessarily paid additional 4-figures to to avoid further tantrums. Adam Kitzen was also very rude with other attorneys, lacking basic manners and professionalism.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
