Al handled my divorce and my restraining order case and I can’t imagine going through everything with any other attorney. He was thorough and precise every step of the way and explained everything honestly and in detail. He makes you feel like you’re his only client. He is responsive when an issue comes up, and shows up to court timely and extremely prepared and organized. Al makes you feel heard and that’s obvious in court when he stands up to present your case, he won’t miss a beat and you will be glad he is on your side when that time comes. My case was won and there’s no doubt I owe a great deal of that to Al. His team is strong and also kept in the loop and just as responsive. You want him on your side for your case. Mr. Caso guided me through my divorce each step of the way. He was skilled in dealing with my pro se, uninformed husband who did not make resolution of my matter particularly easy. He was able to skillfully negotiate for me on the spot at the Court house during a Court ordered Economic Mediation and brought my matter to a close that day. My MSA was skillfully drafted and provided me with protection provisions and assurances for both an increase in alimony and child support by way of triggering language. Two and a half years into my divorce, that language was integral in me receiving additional support. He guided me through the execution of a Consent Order to assure that Probation updated its records to reflect the increases in support I was due to receive. Mr. Caso not only had my best interest in mind, but also my children. I could not be more thankful to Mr. Caso for supporting me through one of the toughest times in my life.

“This man is only interested in maximizing his profits, not acting in the best interests of his clients. He deliberately wastes time arguing over unimportant details, which inevitably drives up costs. On top of that, he is disrespectful and arrogant. I strongly recommend staying away from him.

An arrogant individual with an inflated opinion of himself. He avoids communicating with opposing counsel. He escalates problems, which increases costs for the client. I do not recommend his services.
