Billy is an extremely knowledgeable and practical lawyer, he lets you know the most likely outcome of your situation rather than give you all that false expectations presented by big city lawyers with big city connections who are in cahoots from the start and are only interested in putting money in their pockets rather than getting you fair compensation. I feel that Billy really cares about his clients and he and his staff do all they can to represent you efficiently and effectively but still be realistic and practical. I was represented by Billy and the end result was in my favor and I received fair compensation because I believed in Billy and based my decisions on his counseling. One thing to remember is that winning in court is not always the best path as that can end up costing you much more than you realize, when you win in court you make yourself susceptible to unrealized cost. It is much better to reach a fair settlement.
I signed your contract and had to make time to actually talk, as I work long night shift hours, travel about four hours to and from work, and have chronic kidney disease that requires about twenty to thirty hours at the doctors office a week, but I was told you didn't want to be my lawyer; I guess you don't care about the little guys on the front line doing the hard work.
The worst, could not even get a prescription drug script filled . I fired him for conflict of interest. He should decide who is representing before he takes the case. He should send this bill to that person too !! Would not recommend. should be disbarred!!
This is the worst law office, They never call back, They never check the voice message, which made me lose money, I would not recommend them to anyone, They did not fight for me, They did not care and were not interested in my case, all of them are lazy. Do not hire this lawyer if you do you will regret it.
