Mrs Landt should not be practicing law, she will turn your life into a nightmare. She is unprepared, disorganized and ignorant of new Zoom procedure. She will tell you whatever it takes to get more money. She did not submit highly pertinent evidence in time for the hearing and it is costing me $7,000 per month. I have had 3 attorneys confirm her incompetence, negligence and ineffectiveness. Should be dis-barred immediately
I am in awe that Mary Cay is able to practice law. She is a negligent disorganized and ineffective attorney. I cannot express how huge a mistake it was to hire Mrs Landt.
Ms Landt was unethical in how she threatened to and obtained money. She was always behind the 8 ball and never had an original thought. I brought suggestions to her from other attorneys. She threatened to quit on numerous occasions if she didn’t get her way and she teamed up with opposing counsel in the end. I would NOT recommend her. She was not able to get any retro child support and absolutely no liquid assets. It was obvious she was focused on increasing the size of her invoice.
