If I could give 10 stars I would. Justin is a fantastic divorce attorney. I retained him after working with my previous attorney for 9 months and getting nowhere. Justin got my divorce settled in 2 months. His assistant Reza was very easy to work with and both Reza and Justin were very prompt to answer any questions I had. A pleasure to work with both of them and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
Justin helped me through a very difficult divorce recently. This was indeed a very trying time and he went above and beyond to make sure that I was well aware of the process, what to expect, and more importantly, what my rights were. Justin and his team kept me well informed and were very responsive to my questions and concerns throughout the entire process. Excellent lawyer! About a month after my divorce was finalized, I had to come back for a small litigation matter. This time Justin Jacobson handled my case. He and his secretary Jennifer were amazing. Justin is one great lawyer - prompt, knows the law and will go out of his way to help you. Recommend him to anyone with litigation issues.
Mr. Jacobson served as Florida counsel for clients of mine who reside in Virginia, but who were defendants in Florida litigation. I have been practicing law for 33 years in the Commonwealth of Virginia and can state unequivocally that Mr. Jacobson was superb in his representation of our mutual clients. At a hearing on a motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction, Mr. Jacobson made as skilled and effective a presentation to the Court as any other attorney I know could have made. Case dismissed.
I could not be happier with Justin. He has that perfect combination of razor sharp legal astuteness and genuine compassion. He knows the law so well he can think creatively. He had a complicated case with me. At times I got pretty emotional and he always talked me down, helping keep my eye on the prize, which was winning my case. I always felt he would go the extra mile for me, pulling in other experts as necessary to make the tightest case possible. In the end, the case he made for me was so tight, the judge had no choice but to rule in my favor! We won!!
There are in my opinion, better lawyers out there that will give you better service and communicate more effectively with you as well as not drag there feet. My advice is that you no walk but run to someone else as I did not care for him at all. If i had been smart, I would have fired him and retained someone else. Again these are my feelings so do what you want but heed what I have said
