I spoke to Janet for 20 minutes.From the beginning,she advised me that I should continue my claim on my own at this time.As a result, the conversation that followed was simply a informative and caring discourse between an accomplished professional and someone in need.She asked me a dozen questions,got to know my situation in depth and provided tips for me that were invaluable.I didn't even pay her but she was focused on me and seemed willing to talk forever despite me not even being her client

Between Janet and her staff someone was always available by phone to answer my question and if couldn't answer they would contact me back in a very timely manner, even the phone operator (a live person) all were very pleasant and helpful. My case was resolved much earlier then I was told to be prepared to wait.
