I was charged with having sexually molested/assaulted my son. After hiring another lawyer who left me out to dry, I hired Henry Ferro. Mr. Ferro analyzed the case, retained experts, represented me in a DCF Trial and successfully had the Office of the State Attorney dismiss the charges against me. He was great in all aspects of this case and was kind enough to work with me as far as the payment of his fees were concerned.
Worst atourney in town, a waist of time and money hiring this atourney. Very arrogant, egomaniac and very rude, won't keep you properly informed on your case. Barely answer, return, calls text and email. Always respond with a bad attitude to your questions.
This attorney is a complete waste of your time and money. Please steer clear! Don't be fooled by the little thing on his desk saying he use to be a judge. It does not carry over. He will ruin your rights and your case.
I (a bilingual) called on behalf of my Spanish speaking family member to ask some basic questions about a case. I wanted to ask Mr. Ferro some questions about the case in Spanish to confirm his proficiency while getting some information, but this greatly offended him because I wouldn't just take his word for it that he spoke the language. He hung up on me after telling me that I was calling him a liar. I have done this with 3 other lawyers today and nobody responded as unprofessionally and petty as Mr. Ferro. What a shame.
