About David E. Hill

I've been practicing accident law for over 20 years and have assisted thousands of injured workers throughout Florida with their workers' compensation claims. I have also enjoyed considerable success with auto accident, Social Security Disability, and dog bite claims. My ability to handle auto accident claims and Social Security Disability claims is particularly helpful to those who have been injured in a car accident while on-the-job, and those who will likely never return to work due to an on-the-job disability.

I'm most proud of the fact that I give my clients personal service: You can count on working with me on a first name basis as we prosecute your claims. Check around and I'm sure you'll find this is not the case with the large TV, radio, and billboard advertising law firms.

I'm a member of both the the Workers' Compensation and Trial Lawyers sections of The Florida Bar. I'm a graduate of the College of Law at the University of Florida. I'm "AV' rated (which is the highest possible rating) by Martindale-Hubbell which means that my peers (lawyers and judges) find me exceptional in both legal ability and personal ethics.

Stand clear of this attorney at all cost. In the long run this attorney ended up costing me more than helping me. I now have permanent disabilities and paying out of pocket for my medical expenses related to my injuries. If I would of understand better what I was signing, I would have never settled my case.
