Christopher J. Hinckley is the managing partner of the St. Louis, Missouri office. Mr. Hinckley is an AV rated, board certified civil trial attorney in the State of Florida, and a licensed practicing attorney in the State of Missouri, practicing out of the St. Louis, Missouri, and Ocala, Florida offices of Morgan & Morgan, P.A. Mr. Hinckley has been practicing law since 2007 and is admitted to the Florida Bar and Missouri Bar.
Mr. Hinckley was raised in Maine, but with his father being a member of the United States Navy, his family called several different places home. In 1997, Mr. Hinckley moved to Orlando, Florida where he went on to complete his high school education in the Orange County Public School System. Mr. Hinckley attended the University of Central Florida and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies. In 2007, Mr. Hinckley earned his Juris Doctorate from Florida A&M University College of Law.
Mr. Hinckley began his legal career with the Fifth Judicial Circuit Public Defenders Office in Inverness, Florida. As a Public Defender, Mr. Hinckley had the privilege of protecting the rights of indigent individuals that had been accused of criminal misconduct. Mr. Hinckley joined the firm of Morgan & Morgan, P.A. in April of 2009, and began aggressively pursuing claims on behalf of clients injured by the negligence of others. In 2023, Mr. Hinckley began as the managing partner of the St. Louis, Missouri office.
Since joining the firm, he has represented more than 1,500 clients and their families, and tried more than 45 cases, helping to recover more than $50 million dollars for those clients and their families. He has obtained jury verdicts in excess of offers made by insurance companies and has successfully obtained large settlements from major insurance companies and corporations.
Mr. Hinckley is active in his community. He donates to and volunteers at the local schools and coaches youth sports teams. In Florida, Mr. Hinckley served as a member of the Fifth Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee “A” where he, along with the committee, investigated complaints of attorney misconduct with a focus on preserving the high ethical standards of Florida attorneys in the committee’s territory.
Mr. Hinckley is married and the proud father of two sons.
