Hired Attorney Charles Holloman Jr.

Mr. Holloman was my pro Bono lawyer that was appointment to my case because I wasn't able to be represented by the public defender office in Marion County, Fl. I was charged with 13 Felony Charges that I had already confessed to the States Attorney that I was completely and truly 100% guilty. I was facing a mandatory sentence of 100+ years. Image the emotional affect and shock I felt when Mr. Holloman was able to obtain a recorded sentence of only 3 years PROBATION!!!! AND ADJUDICATION WITHHELD!!! In my eyes this man saved my life and my freedom and he did it all without receiving a single cent from me. I can testify to the complete and totaly passion and integrity that this man possess. My life was completely over at the young age of 19. I was going to die in Gaston. My life was over before it began but this Lawyer saved me and gifted me a 2nd chance. I consider him as a superhero for how he was able to get me a slap on the wrist when I was fully expected to be buried under the prison

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
