I have been divorced for 20 years and never missed a child support payment, funded all College, and my ex-wife was suing me for a crazy amount of back child support from 2017. Reality was suspended. The case languished for 13 years due to military deployments, bad lawyers and other factors. It has been a dark cloud over me and my family all this time. Anne and Jodi Terracini, Anne’s Office Manager and Paralegal, took the case and brought new life to it. They quickly got up to speed on the issues by going through mounds of documents, and reaching out to other lawyers. They studied case law, and developed a plan of attack. Just weeks before trial, and after extensive research by Jodi, we were able to file a motion to dismiss and then defend that motion in two hearings. The judge granted the motion jut this week and the dark cloud has disappeared from our lives! Anne and her team are a best value law firm for sure!
