Have you consulted or hired this lawyer?
Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.Working with this lawyer was and absolute pleasure. Mr Gatner is very professional very polite. Walks you through everything very slowly so you understand and answers all questions you have for him. He works extremely hard for you and your case. If I could give him 10 stars I would. He’s definitely a bull and definitely gets the job done. His attitude is always pleasant a joy and always has a smile on his face. He’s a very intelligent lawyer. I do recommend him if you have any issues that he can help with.
Working with Rich was great. His knowledge and experience enabled us to build trust with him quickly. He communicated very well. Was always available and responsive to our questions and was proactive in reaching out to keep us informed on our case. We appreciated his ability to explain everything in a very understandable way. Best of all, we were very happy with the outcome of our case. Would definitely hire Rich again.
I retained Rich over 5 years ago for a medical malpractice case, and this review won't even do a FRACTION of the justice it should to express my satisfaction, appreciation and gratitude for the services I received. He is thorough, on of THE most hard-working individuals I know, and he left no stone unturned. The final resolution to my case was BEYOND my expectations, and I truly do believe that I would NOT have had this outcome if I hadn't chosen Rich. If you want to win, hire Rich.
Was very professional settled my case very quickly and kept me informed of everything that was happening and answered any kind of questions I had and was concerned about my recovery
Richard Gantner is one of the best lawyers I have ever used.
He really knows the laws and does everything to help you get what you need or are looking for when it comes to the courts. If it was not for Rich I don't know what I would of done.
Bruce Padula of this firm is the Board of Education Attorney for the Middletown School District. He has cost taxpayers thousands of dollars with his illegal & incompetent guidance in disobeying the state mask regulations during COVID. Most recently, the State Attorney General has filed Division on Civil Rights (DCR) complaints against the district for violating the NJ Law Against Discrimination prohibition against discrimination on the basis of gender identity or expression. The policies that he helped write, expose students to the potential for severe harm to their safety & mental health. The policies also disregard & contradict guidance from the New Jersey Department of Education concerning confidentiality and privacy. This man does not belong in education or on BOEs. He also acts like a bully during school meetings. Our district is now at risk of losing state aid & will have to pay HIM thousands of dollars in legal fees to address the charges that he has brought upon the district.
This ambulance chaser doesn’t care if he lies, cheats or steps on the necks of children if it means he can make a buck from your case. He’s the epitome of the stereotypical “shark” lawyer. He entirely disregards decency and will say or do ANYTHING, despite the harm he leaves in his wake.
