Karl Kazmierczak esq. provides sensational, nationwide representation to Veterans Disabliity and Social Security Disability clients. He received Board Certification in Social Security Disability Advocacy from the National Board of Legal Specialty Certification which is an ABA accredited organization. Karl Kazmierczak is the only attorney in the Kazmierczak Law firm. Karl Kazmierczak, LLC is a small family run Law Firm that has represented thousands of disability claimants. Karl prides himself in his client friendly approach to representing the disabled. The firm was started by his father (who is now retired) over 30 years ago and most of the firms employees have been with them for many years. Karl understands the financial difficulties his clients often have when they come to him and does everything he can to win their SSDI and VA claims as quickly as possible. He only gets paid if he wins and he does not ask for any money upfront. All consultations are free and Karl even welcome calls from people who just want to ask questions about disability.
