Frank handled our closing in a fast, friendly, and efficient manner. He was understanding of our situation and worked to accommodate us. I would highly recommend him to all of my friends and family, and will definitely use his services again.
Failed to provide docs sent regarding repairs after inspection. It put us in the sit of not being able to respond to repairs and skip further inspections in order to save the deal (sellers gave 24hr notice to respond). He also gave incorrect info on insurance req. by the mortgage co. which at closing he said "this is illegal". Items which should have been negotiated have already cost 25k in just a few months. Nice guy but Unresponsive, did not feel like he worked for us & actually cost us $
